The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopt the Bill "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine" (re the Intermediate Courts Decisions Accomplishment)

The Bill (re № 1399) is aimed at the solution of the issues connected with the review of the Intermediate Courts decisions by the competent courts and issue of the executive documents by them and also regarding the compulsory accomplishment of the Intermediate Courts decisions

The members of the Committee suppose that the adoption of the Bill will facilitate the proprietary right protection.
